Matcha Yogurt Pops:

Ingredients:

2 cups of plain yogurt
2 tsp of honey (or more depending on your taste)
2 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder
1 pinch of salt (preferably kosher)
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of almond extract

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in bowl and whisk together until blended. Taste and add more honey depending on personal preference. Place in popsicle mold holder and freeze until solid.

Place the popsicle mold until warm water for easy removal of frozen popsicles.

Matcha Pancakes:



Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 cup of flour
1/3 cup of milk
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder
2 tsp of baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

Place egg, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in large bowl and whisk together. Then add the flour, Tea Parky Matcha powder, baking powder, and salt and whisk until the batter forms into a lumpy state.

Place skillet/pan over medium-low heat and brush surface with vegetable oil or butter. Pour batter on skillet/pan and cook until ready to serve. Serve with butter and maple syrup.

Matcha Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

16 ounces of cream
8 ounces of milk
6 ounces of sugar
6 egg yolks
1 pinch of sea salt
1-2 tablespoons of Tea Parky Matcha powder (depending on personal taste)

Instructions:

Place milk, 3 ounces of sugar and salt in saucepan. Heat to a simmer and remove from heat.

Set up an ice bath by placing a small bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice and water. Set a strainer over the top of the smaller bowl and pour the cream into the bowl.

In a separate bowl, stir together the egg yolks, Tea Parky matcha, and remaining sugar. Rewarm the saucepan mix and pour into the bowl. Whisk together and pour back into saucepan. Cook over low heat and stir constantly until custard thickens. Take it off the heat and continue stirring.

Pour the custard into the small bowl and stir over the ice until cool. Place in freezer/refrigerator overnight until it is cold enough to serve.

Matcha Cupcakes/Muffins:

Ingredients:

1 lb of flour
2 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar
3 eggs

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a bowl and combine until blended together. Pour the mix into metal muffin and bake at 350F for 15-20 mins.

Test by inserting toothpick into muffin. If it comes out cleanly with no batter, they are ready to be served.

Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Ingredients:

300 grams of flour
200 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
1 egg (leave out egg white if you would like crispier cookies!)
2-3 tsps of Tea Parky Matcha powder
As many chocolate chips as you would like! =)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together (with the exception of chocolate chips) in bowl until blended. Make cookie shapes with the mix onto baking pan and add chocolate chips onto the top.

Place in oven and heat at 375F for 8-10 mins. Take out and let cool before serving.
