Matcha Green Tea (The Most Basic!)
1/2 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha
1 cup of hot water
Please 1/2 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder in the bottom of a cup. Add a small amount of hot water and whisk briskly until blended. Fill remainder of cup with hot water or steamed milk.
Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte
2 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
Kitchen accessory to froth milk
Fill martini shaker with 1 cup of ice. Pour 2 tsps of Tea Parky Matcha powder into shaker and fill remainder of shaker with water. Shake well and pour into a glass with fresh ice.
Finish with 3 oz of frothed chilled milk. For extra flavour and presentation points, add flavours with chai spice, cinnamon, vanilla or coconut.
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder
5 mint leaves
2oz/55ml of white rum
1oz/25ml of vodka
1 cup of club soda
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over high heat until it is at a boil and whisk until the sugar is totally dissolved. Remove from heat and place in small bowl with 1 tsp of Tea Parky Matcha powder and whisk until dissolved. Place in refrigerator.
Please tea mint leaves in the bottom of a glass and muddle with the back of a spoon. Add rum, vodka, and the sugar/water/matcha solution and stir to combine. Add a couple ice cubes until the glass is about 2/3 full. Top off with club soda and serve.
